Super easy to change from my previous supplier. I have been with Ovo for four years now and my two year fixed plan finishes in the next month- what a shock on how much they have put up the prices!The company does not reward loyalty, and so I will be moving on from them to someone else in the next few weeks. Did have some issues when we moved house, transfer to new address was treated as if I was a new customer and even had problems with accessing account for new address, system kept taking me to old account details.
