This 24in, 1920×1080, 144Hz, AMD FreeSync screen shares many of the same specs as the C24G1, but comes with a flat, even more accurate IPS panel instead of a curved VA one. The AOC C24G1 is a good example of a VA model that offered a nice mixture of image quality and responsiveness. So I just bought the A0C 24G2 Monitor the other day. Mind sharing where you purchased? Next to some led's of course, and the rtx 3080 to power the occasional surround gaming (which, when it works, is awesome). Would you recommend this monitor for some productivity work as well? If I happen to need higher resolution in the near future, I'll grab an 4k OLED tv or something :).

Hands down one of the best jack of all trades IPS panels that exist on 1080p. That’s why I started looking at other possible options and found the PG43UQ. If youre playing in windowed mode at 6000x2160 are you losing some of the top or bottom of the windowed game on the 24" screens since their max is 1920? I've had 3 via RMA with horrendous backlight flicker when variable refresh rate is enabled. Center is Asus ROG Swift PG43UQ and left/right are AOC 24G2U vertical.

I had a single 24G2U as secondary screen before and was always happy with the performance which is why I finally pulled the trigger and went for the surround setup. But with MSFS2020 things changed :). - set Brightness to 70 in the monitor's menu and also set the brightness in Nvidia Control panel to 45 (in Adjust desktop color settings)- I forgot I set the Nvidia setting when I first got the monitor and it was already too late to change it back after calibration.
