Hi, i know this is nit picky, but “to whet one’s appetite” is spelt “whet” and not “wet”. They cook and shoot photos/videos at their home kitchen(s.). Just an FYI, the thin brown-colored buckwheat noodles are called soba, and the white-colored wheat noodles used in this recipe are indeed called somen.
