You believe in them even when they can’t believe in themselves, and you work tirelessly to help them be who they were truly meant to be. And, yes, she happens to be a woman. All rights reserved. Because as a nation, that’s where the spotlight should also be — on kids who work hard in school and do the right thing when no one is watching, many beating daunting odds. The belief that you can do anything you want to a woman. As you heard, Terri works at the Calhoun Area Career Center, a career and technical education school in Michigan. And in this election, if we turn away from her, if we just stand by and allow her opponent to be elected, then what are we teaching our children about the values they should hold, about the kind of life they should lead? And she has been successful in every role, gaining more experience and exposure to the presidency than any candidate in our lifetime – more than Barack, more than Bill.
